Lilly Pilly Counsellors are able to provide support for consumers through a number of programmes.
PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT SERVICES
Lilly Pilly Counselling is a provider organisation for the Psychological Support Services (PSS) programme funded by Central and Eastern Sydney PHN. PSS registered and accredited clinicians provide focused psychological therapies to people experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns.
General Practitioners and non-medical practitioners are able to refer people who meet eligibility criteria to the PSS program. For more information visit Central and Eastern Sydney PHN website.
NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME
Lilly Pilly is a registered provider for the NDIS. We provide therapeutic services for people with a psychosocial disability to help them achieve an optimal state of personal, emotional and social wellbeing through counselling and group work. We work from a recovery oriented, trauma informed approach. Our clinicians offer a wide range of psychological therapies. Lilly Pilly also has a home visiting service available to clients unable to attend clinic appointments. For more information, see the NDIS website.
BETTER ACCESS
All Lilly Pilly clinicians are able to provide support and treatment in collaboration with General Practitioners under the Better Access Initiative where Medicare rebates for focused psychological support apply. Support is available in the local community where Lilly Pilly clinicians are able to provide a timely response. For more information on Better Access, please see the Department of Health website.
AFFORDABLE FEES FOR PRIVATE CLIENTS
Lilly Pilly Counsellors offer affordable fees for clients who don’t meet criteria for our other programs. Better Access and Private Health Insurance Rebates are also available.
