Meet Sasha

Sasha, at The Natural Counsellor, blends Process Work psychology with naturopathic wisdom to support NDIS participants experiencing schizophrenia, eating disorders, and personality challenges. Sasha also supports those with anxiety, addictive tendencies, digestive disorders, fatigue, stress, and weight management.

I see your experiences not just as symptoms to manage, but as meaningful signals from your body and psyche. Using Arnold Mindell’s Process Work techniques, I help you explore and integrate these experiences while supporting your physical well-being through evidence-based natural therapies. Instead of treating conditions, I work with your whole self, honouring your challenges and your innate capacity for healing. The holistic program combines body-aware counselling, nutritional support, and process-oriented psychology, to help you navigate your journey toward balance and wholeness. Lilly Pilly registered and trauma-informed, I create a safe space where all parts of your experience are welcomed and supported. Sasha has been supporting NDIS mental health participants for over 3 years and facilitates the Walk & Talk group activity at Lilly Pilly Counselling.

She has a Post Graduate in Counselling & Psychotherapy (PACFA registered), Cert IV in Mental Health, Bachelor of Health Science, (complementary medicine), Adv. Diploma of Naturopathy, and certificate in Functional Medicine.

Available for home visits, Walk & Talk sessions at Centennial Park (or any parkland near you) and Telehealth.
