I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with experience providing both short-term and long-term counselling in various community mental health settings.

I am very passionate about supporting clients in an individualised and creative way to reach their goals, utilising a number of therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).  

I utilise evidence-based interventions for the treatment of:

• Anxiety disorders (generalised, social, panic)
• Depression/ mood changes
• Adjustment disorder
• Work/study related stress
• Emotion dysregulation 
• Relationship difficulties 
• Family conflict
