Eliza Munro

I have a deep commitment to working collaboratively with people to develop new insights and positive changes in their lives, and my recovery-focused approach draws from a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). My practice is trauma-informed, empowering and person-centered and I work holistically with the person, not just their symptoms or diagnosis.

Becca Johnson

I work with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma. I have a special interest in parenting, and supporting parents in becoming the best parents they can be.

Parenting can often be difficult when your own childhood was less than ideal, and often we need help to understand how our own experiences can play out in our relationship with our children.

I use a variety of trauma based psychological approaches that are tailored to meet your indivitual needs, helping you move towards overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression and related issues.
