Becca Johnson

I work with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma. I have a special interest in parenting, and supporting parents in becoming the best parents they can be.

Parenting can often be difficult when your own childhood was less than ideal, and often we need help to understand how our own experiences can play out in our relationship with our children.

I use a variety of trauma based psychological approaches that are tailored to meet your indivitual needs, helping you move towards overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression and related issues.
