Rebecca Ciatto

Rebecca is an advocate for early intervention with child and adolescent mental health issues. She created and implemented adaptations of DBT for children and worked with her team to adapt RO-DBT skills for adolescents. She feels when working with children and adolescents collaboration with schools, teachers, psychiatrists and parents is vital for coordination of care. Rebecca is passionate about increasing awareness throughout Australia on childhood mental health and the effectiveness of mindfulness, DBT and RO-DBT.

Monica Finetti​

Monica Finetti has more than 30 years of clinical experience in the areas of counselling and psychotherapy. She works from a trauma informed, mindfulness perspective. She has extensive experience working with people from a wide range of cultures and identities. Monica speaks Spanish and has worked closely with the Spanish speaking community.

Leeanne Lightfoot​

Leeanne Lightfoot is a Mental Health Social Worker (Accredited) with 16+ years professional experience in both government and non-government services in the inner city of Sydney. She is currently in private practice (6 years) delivering counselling services under PSS and Better Access Medicare Scheme.

Specific areas of interest are working with young people and adults who have a lived experience of trauma, and working with issues related to PND, depression, anxiety, life development issues, grief and loss, workplace issues.

Helen Basili​

Helen has a particular interest in addressing the impact of discrimination and interpersonal violence on mental health. She is driven by a profound admiration for the tenacity and resilience of her clients and her belief in the capacity of individuals to overcome adversity and lead fulfilling lives.

Helen has trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) but her current practice is influenced by Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Somatic Trauma Therapy (STT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR). She is fully accredited with the EMDR Association of Australia.

Helen has over 20 years’ experience as an accredited social worker in a broad range of government and non-government organisations. She is registered as an approved counsellor with Victims Services.
